Flooded Hallway in San Antonio, TX

This flooded hallway in San Antonio, Texas was the result of a toilet overflow that occurred while the homeowner slept.  She called SERVPRO of Alamo Heights as soon as she awoke to a carpet full of water.  We were able to come to her home within an hour of her initial call to begin the water remediation process.  The before pictures show that the carpet was saturated with water.  The after picture was taken a mere four days after the initial call and shows the removal of both pad and carpet, due to the nature of the water loss.  Our customer was very happy to have such a quick response.
